Hey Hey Got a Second: I want to shake you up TODAY!  It’s only take a second to change it ALL. Got a minute, OK change sixty things. Got the idea.. Today we will talk about change. No it’s  not about the coins in your pocket. Change is what is what YOU see as  CHANGE based upon what YOU feel needs to change NOT a guru, a teacher, a boss, a parent et. al  change ideas.  UNDO yourself, cause yourself some GOOD brain damage.  Damage your brain,  give yourself some GOOD damage, and take it back to it’s PRIMAL state and build it up to NOW! You WILL have all the power and success you desire…….

Let’s talk about GOOD and/or BAD…..wow! morals….I want to shake you up like popcorn…there is GOOD in BAD…and BAD in GOOD……do me a big favor and just look at what you see as “GOOD” or “BAD” and look for the “GOOD” in BAD and “BAD” in GOOD. Hello: I want to make my topic today: REAL ESTATE…real ESTATE….What’s so REAL about  real estate(s)…..Real estate is “Property consisting of land and the buildings on it, along with its natural resources such as crops, minerals, or water; immovable property of this nature; an interest vested in this; (also) an item of real property; (more generally) buildings or housing in general. Also: the business of real estate; the profession of buying, selling, or renting land, buildings, or housing.”

An estate comprises the houses and outbuildings and supporting farmland and woods that surround the gardens and grounds of a very large property, such as a country house or mansion. It is the modern term for a manor, but lacks the latter’s now abolished jurisdictional authority. It is an “estate” because the profits from its produce and rents are sufficient to support the household in the house at its center, formerly known as the manor house. Thus “the estate” may refer to all other cottages and villages in the same ownership as the mansion itself, covering more than one former manor. An example of such great estates are Woburn Abbey inBedfordshireEngland, and Blenheim Palace, Oxfordshire built to replace the former manor house of Woodstock.

“Estate”, with its “stately home” connotations, has been a natural candidate for inflationary usage during the 20th century. An estate properly so-called should comprise several farms, and is not well used to describe a single farm.

They poured a ton of money into fixing up their properties, sweating after work and on the weekends because they were so sure they were going to make it rich. They were literally mortgaging their dreams.

Sadly, the reality is that the “quick” profits rarely pan out. Many of the people who tried to “flip” a property ended up getting stuck with it. Worse, investors who thought they were getting a no-brainer of a deal found themselves upside down on the house. Meaning, they owed more than the home is worth.

Don’t get me wrong — there are a handful of people out there who have made a whole lot of money from flipping properties. But for every one success story, there are ten or twenty people who failed.

Now I don’t know about you, but I would much rather go with a safer, more secure way to turn both a short term profit, and build long term wealth from real estate.

I have no interest in spending a bunch of money, and having to spend months of my time fixing the place up, only to have to hope and pray that I’ll be able to sell it quickly, and at least break even on a property I had no business buying in the first place.

Luckily for me, I learned early on that…

The Real Money in Real Estate Is In Rentals!

Historically, the worth of real estate tends to increase with time. This does NOT always happen in the short term, as I’m sure you already know.

In fact, if you look around at the homes for sale in your neighborhood right now, you’ll probably notice that the prices have decreased dramatically from just a few years ago. For example, in one historically hot county in Florida, the prices on property dropped close to 40% in less than a year!

That’s proof positive that making money in the short term with a quick flip is simply not a good idea unless you’re willing to take a really big risk. I mean, can you imagine investing $100,000 into a prime property, only to end up with something worth just a hair over $60,000?

But wait…

Before you go running for the hills, that doesn’t mean that investing in real estate is a bad idea as long as you go in with the right strategy! I’m here to tell you that investing in real estate, the right way, can dramatically change your life for the better!

Here is a quick plan for you to get started profiting from real estate without the “quick flip” risks:

  1. Understand what potential renters in your area need and want
  2. Find a great, multi-unit property
  3. Secure financing
  4. Find amazing, headache-free tenants
  5. Collect a reasonable rent payment each month — this should cover expenses and make you a couple of bucks too!
  6. Sell in the long-term – and profit with history on your side!

It really is easy to do! As long as you know what you’re doing, you’ll be able to collect money every single month – almost risk-free.

Not sure the financial rewards will be worth it?

Take a look at these numbers…

Imagine you buy a property that has a total of 5 units, with your mortgage payment and expenses (vacancy loss, payments, etc.) on that property at right around $3000 a month.

Now, you have each of those 5 tenants paying you $900 a month (this may be high or low, depending on where you’re looking to buy, and what the average rent on similar properties are).

That means you’ll be receiving $4,000 a month in rental income, and since you have to cover $3,000 in expenses, that means you’re $1,000 in the profit, every single month!

Keep in mind that this is an ultra-conservative figure — it’s been simplified for the sake of giving you this quick example. Your profits can be much, much higher. This is especially true as you acquire more property.

Let’s take another example…

You may not be interested in multi-unit properties, or you may not be in an area where many even exist – but that doesn’t mean you’re out of luck.

If you’re willing to make a small down payment, you could be looking at a mortgage payment of around $1,000 a month on a nice, clean, 3 bedroom, single family home in a growing, thriving community.

Well, get this…

The national average rental payment for a 2 bedroom apartment in the United States is a staggeringly high $1,222 per month, and based on national trends, that price is on the rise.

Even if you priced your 3 bedroom home, with a garage, a yard, and the privacy that comes with it – at the same price as the average 2 bedroom apartment, you’re still looking at a profit of over $2,000 a year on just that one single property.

But that’s not the exciting part…

While $2,000 a year in profit is nice, the real benefit to you comes in one of my most very favorite words – Equity!

Each rent payment you collect not only puts money in your pocket the month you collect it, it also contributes to your long term wealth, and gives you true financial security when it comes time to retire.

Month Two of a Millionaire Creator

Hello Everyone: I am back for a WONDERFUL 2012.  Due to some technical difficulties that are now resolved, this blog will be running everyday as promised.

Regarding Internet marketing I am working with some really talented people in this business this year.  First is Sterling Valentine.  He is a very bright, honest and authentic person who is dedicated to outcomes not his teaching status.  My next mentor is Marlon Sanders. Hello All:  Today my topic is OWNERSHIP.  It’s the ship that allows you to go into any direction you desire.  Let me explain.  In all situations apply yourself to it consciously and then personalize it.  Apply WHO you are to it and then make it your OWN (in ship) and cast away.

The only challenge is for you is to be conscious and then apply YOU to it!  The downside if you don’t  is that the ship will own you and it will sail (sell) you on it neutral purpose, not yours. Always remember all things are neutral until to affect it.  They are in there own constant energy state and they don’t know you exist.  Only observed particles are changed by YOU! and then they will change.

Things that you do daily can be a great experiment, like brushing your teeth.  Own the experience and believe me your teeth will look whiter and no more flossing…just kidding.  You will save cash on dentists and tooth whitening systems.

Hello New Year People: I just want to thank everyone for their continuing comments. Knowing that people are taking the time to comment during their BUSY lives makes me feel blessed.

The theme of tonight’s blog is starting.  Starting a book. Starting a blog. Starting a new relationship.  Starting…………?????? I feel STARTING extinguishes the FEAR of it. Just think, starting anything freezes the moment and opens the door to new possibilities.  When you start you say NO. NO to current and future fears. NO to past failures and past disappointments, and it says YES to ALL. ALL THINGS!

Before I started this blog. I did not say yes,  I said NO.  I asked myself fearful questions:  How do I do a blog?  Can I do it right if I do it?  Who am I to do such a thing?  What can I write about?  I closed every door and LOCKED the same doors to a blog.

Then one day I started it.  With no training. No advice. I just wrote from my heart and gave myself the Billionaire Challenge!  There is was! It wasn’t like performing heart surgery or saving a life (anyone reading in the above fields I highly recommend training). I just wrote the way I spoke.  This is my real life example.

ACTION.  Nothing moves without ACTION.  Does looking at a rock MOVE it! Will pages in your book WRITE themselves! My advice to you is to start something and know you have faced fear in the eyes and said NO WAY!

When you say no the world will NEVER see your genius or generosity.  The world will never see your SPARKLE only your fizzle!  The world will never see what is will never see.  It’s really nice when you know your fear is GONE. Just Start It! unlike Nike’s© Just Do It!

Hey Followers of BeyondBillionaires Blog:  Hello my topic is THINKING.  Yes what are you thinking about right NOW!  I know it is a great challenge to ask of you…now another challenge….what are others thinking about?  Now  we have YOUR thinking and others THINKING. What are WE thinking?

OK, when you visit a chiropractor what are they thinking about? They  focus on the relationship between the body’s main structures – the skeleton, the muscles and the nerves – and the patient’s health. Chiropractors believe that health can be improved and preserved by making adjustments to these structures, particularly to the spinal column. They do not prescribe drugs or perform surgical procedures, although they do refer patients for these services if they are medically indicated.

And what are you thinking?  Get rid of this PAIN!!! And nothing else!  Two people two thought patterns one result!  I think chiropractors think of us as a walking back!

Hello All: The wisdom of the Fabulous Feline. The Walk. The Whiskers. The Wag. The Waggle.  The Lick. The Love. The Lap. The Sound. The Swish. The Swing. Ok…I am talking ’bout my  two very beautiful CATS: STACY and GEMMA.

Stacy a very wonderful Calico princess and GEMMA a tabby queen.  My gem, my GEMMA. My gem stone doll dances with my heart  and loves to be scratched on the back after my shower.

Stacy, the supervisor, manages the nest and with precise perfection allows and disallows GEMMA’S attention to ME! They let us share our  perfection only to add to their purrrrfection.  They allow us to invade their ideals.  They ask us only to include our deepest perfection of ourselves  to enter their domain.  Their HOUSE.

OK I feel this is getting serious. Let’s laugh. Warning Cat Humor Ahead!

  • I will not flush the toilet while my human is in the shower.
  • I will not puff my entire body to twice its size for no reason after my humans watch a horror movie.
  • I will not slurp fish food from the surface of the aquarium.
  • I will not lean over to drink out of the tub, fall in, and then run screaming into the box of clumping cat litter.
  • I will not use the humans’ bathtub to store live mice for late-night snacks.
  • I will not eat large numbers of assorted bugs, then come home and barf them up so the humans can see that I’m getting plenty of roughage.
  • My human will never let me eat her pet rat, and I am at peace with that.
  • I will not help myself to Q-tips, and I will not attempt to stuff them down the drain to dispose of them.
  • I will not perch on my human’s chest in the middle of the night and stare into her eyes until she wakes up.
  • As fast as I am, I must remember that I cannot run through closed doors.
  • I will not back up off the front porch and fall into the bushes just as my human is explaining to his girlfriend how graceful I am.
  • I will remember that I am a walking static generator. My human does not need my help installing a new board in her computer.
  • Birds do not come from the bird feeder. I will not repeatedly knock it down and try to open it up to get the birds out.
  • I will remember that my human really will wake up and feed me. I do not have to pry his eyelids open with my claws.
  • I will remember that a warm pepperoni pizza is not a good place for a nap!
  • I will not hide behind the toilet so that I can pat the human on the backside when he sits down just to make him levitate.
  • I will not drag dirty socks up from the basement in the middle of the night, deposit them on the bed and yell at the top of my lungs so that my human can admire my “kill.”
  • If I sit in the sink while my human is brushing his teeth, I will not get angry when he spits toothpaste on me.
  • I will not complain that my butt is wet and that I am thirsty after sitting in my water bowl.
  • I will not knead my male human’s groin at 3 AM with claws extended. It seems to cause him some discomfort and he wakes up all grumpy.
  • I will not attempt to stop the human’s snoring by sticking my paws into his mouth.
  • I will not use my psychic powers to project myself into my human’s dreams when I am hungry, causing her to dream that I am a talking cat, and I can say “Where’s my supper!”
  • I will not run through the house with a condom wrapper in my mouth when my human’s grandmother is visiting.
  • I will not teach the parrot to meow in a loud and raucous manner.
  • When my young humans are playing with modeling clay, I will not remove solid waste from my litter tray and roll it onto the kitchen floor.
  • When the humans play darts, I will not leap into the air and attempt to catch them.
  • I will not display my worm collection on the kitchen floor on a rainy night. My human does not like finding it with her bare feet.

Greetings All: Blog time is my best time. Time to talk about my intrinsic topics.  Topics  that all belong in our connected hearts. All the talk is about social networking.  My topic is about what we all feel. The inherent feeling of a song, a painting, a story, a movie….

Today I had a beautiful conversation with my wife about the true meaning of what my website and blog really means.  First let’s define  what intrinsic value  really means:

Intrinsic value is an ethical and philosophic property. It is the ethical or philosophic value that an object has “in itself” or “for its own sake”, as an intrinsic property. An object with intrinsic value may be regarded as an end or end-in-itself.

It is contrasted with instrumental value (or extrinsic value), the value of which depends on how much it generates intrinsic value. For an eudaemonist, happiness has intrinsic value, while having a family may not have intrinsic value, yet be instrumental, since it generates happiness. Intrinsic value is a term employed in axiology, the study of quality or value.

Beyond Billionaires is the value beyond all the cars, all the houses, all of the jewels, all of the journeys that the wealthy buy.  Look for the intrinsic value first then the purchasing second.  First is first, second is second. The intrinsic value of a new born baby, a kitten, a colt being born right in front of your eyes, or the graduation of your first born.

Focus your values on intrinsic things and the opulence will follow. FIRST IS FIRST and the bliss will follow. It is only by natural law that this is TRUE.  Nature only follows it’s own highest course. A flower is only directed to beauty. A baby only to life. The planets only to order. We cannot purchase value, it is there by natural law. So it is free…..so as to money….

Money only surrounds itself with those who are open to it’s value.  Giving alerts money to say where is DON..where is STEVE, where is MARY…where is…………………….??? As money goes it searches for like value and who owns the feeling of wealth….. (remember my ‘owning’ blog).

Here is what money is called:  ”bread” (an allusion to the importance of money), “buck”, “clam”, “milk”, “dosh”, “dough”, “shillings”, “frogskins”, “duckets”, “greenbacks”, “scrilla”, “loot”, “bones”, “coin”, “folding stuff”, “honk”, “lolly”, “lucre“/”filthy lucre”, “moola/moolah”, “mopuses”, “paper”, “shrapnel” (used to describe having large amounts of coins that are all low value), “readies”, “spondulicks/spondoolic(k)s/spondulix“, “Spondoolies” and “wonga”. “Fiver” may be used for an Australian five-dollar note, A British five-pound note, a Canadian five-dollar bill, a five-Euro banknote or a United States five-dollar bill.

You give money it’s value does not give it to you!  Look at money in the eye and give it’s it’s value and you will never look at it the same…..own the wealth and it will come to you in waves…..

In the ‘land of the bland’ I am now formally charging you with the greatest of crimes. The crime of denying the world of YOU!  Your treasures are stuck in you and for those of you who procrastinate I sentence you one billion years. Shame on you! Entrepreneurs become what they are for several reasons. Many, depending on the person, choose to do so to avoid workplace drama, discrimination, being taken advantage of, or just to be their own boss. No formal education is required to become an entrepreneur, as they rely on their own knowledge and talent to achieve success. Entrepreneurs have a lower risk of being set up to fail or controlled due to the fact that they are often their own boss. Knowledge of ones field, determinationtalent, the ability to recover from bad situations, trusted peers and collaboratorssupply and demand, and luck are all important factors in becoming a successful entrepreneur.

There is a problem…

Foreclosures are happening everywhere these days — 2.8 million properties went into foreclosure last year alone! Many of those were people who started off wanting to invest in real estate, and had great hopes for it.

They poured a ton of money into fixing up their properties, sweating after work and on the weekends because they were so sure they were going to make it rich. They were literally mortgaging their dreams.

Sadly, the reality is that the “quick” profits rarely pan out. Many of the people who tried to “flip” a property ended up getting stuck with it. Worse, investors who thought they were getting a no-brainer of a deal found themselves upside down on the house. Meaning, they owed more than the home is worth.

Many of these investors ended up becoming “accidental landlords.” This is an okay way to recoup some of the costs, but it isn’t enough if it’s not planned out strategically in advance.

Quick “Flips” Are A Thing Of The Past!

The economy is hurting right now, and people have wised up. It can be tough to get a mortgage, even for people with outstanding credit, and people are definitely feeling the effects.

I have no interest in spending a bunch of money, and having to spend months of my time fixing the place up, only to have to hope and pray that I’ll be able to sell it quickly, and at least break even on a property I had no business buying in the first place.

Historically, the worth of real estate tends to increase with time. This does NOT always happen in the short term, as I’m sure you already know.

In fact, if you look around at the homes for sale in your neighborhood right now, you’ll probably notice that the prices have decreased dramatically from just a few years ago. For example, in one historically hot county in Florida, the prices on property dropped close to 40% in less than a year!

That’s proof positive that making money in the short term with a quick flip is simply not a good idea unless you’re willing to take a really big risk. I mean, can you imagine investing $100,000 into a prime property, only to end up with something worth just a hair over $60,000?

But wait…

Before you go running for the hills, that doesn’t mean that investing in real estate is a bad idea as long as you go in with the right strategy! I’m here to tell you that investing in real estate, the right way, can dramatically change your life for the better!

Here is a quick plan for you to get started profiting from real estate without the “quick flip” risks:

  1. Understand what potential renters in your area need and want
  2. Find a great, multi-unit property
  3. Secure financing
  4. Find amazing, headache-free tenants
  5. Collect a reasonable rent payment each month — this should cover expenses and make you a couple of bucks too!
  6. Sell in the long-term – and profit with history on your side!

It really is easy to do! As long as you know what you’re doing, you’ll be able to collect money every single month – almost risk-free.

And you can still collect the big bucks that can come from “flipping too,” but you’ll be going about it in a much smarter way.

Take a look at these numbers…

Imagine you buy a property that has a total of 5 units, with your mortgage payment and expenses (vacancy loss, payments, etc.) on that property at right around $3000 a month.

Now, you have each of those 5 tenants paying you $900 a month (this may be high or low, depending on where you’re looking to buy, and what the average rent on similar properties are).

That means you’ll be receiving $4,000 a month in rental income, and since you have to cover $3,000 in expenses, that means you’re $1,000 in the profit, every single month!

Keep in mind that this is an ultra-conservative figure — it’s been simplified for the sake of giving you this quick example. Your profits can be much, much higher. This is especially true as you acquire more property.

Let’s take another example…

You may not be interested in multi-unit properties, or you may not be in an area where many even exist – but that doesn’t mean you’re out of luck.

If you’re willing to make a small down payment, you could be looking at a mortgage payment of around $1,000 a month on a nice, clean, 3 bedroom, single family home in a growing, thriving community.

Well, get this…

The national average rental payment for a 2 bedroom apartment in the United States is a staggeringly high $1,222 per month, and based on national trends, that price is on the rise.

Even if you priced your 3 bedroom home, with a garage, a yard, and the privacy that comes with it – at the same price as the average 2 bedroom apartment, you’re still looking at a profit of over $2,000 a year on just that one single property.

But that’s not the exciting part…

While $2,000 a year in profit is nice, the real benefit to you comes in one of my most very favorite words – Equity!

Month One of a Millionaire Creator

Good Morning, Afternoon, or Evening: It all depends on when you read this blog. The day is here. After a WONDERFUL breakfast I am having the feeling of having the feeling of going to bed and waking up KNOWING you will be a ‘millionaire’ in ONE YEAR, that feeling grips my whole being with JOY.

When I first woke up I listened to a clearing audio that clears up old inner child beliefs because it’s that inner child stuff that blocks us from financial and other successes.  After doing the mediation I can see why. I will do this meditation for one month and change to a new one.  This meditation is by Joe Vitale.

Books are very valuable because the author reveals secrets and saves you time and energy.  The Internet and the world changes every second so books are building blocks so always be current with your teaching.  The book I am reading is very appropriate for me now.  The title is ‘How I Made My First Million on the INTERNET’  by Ewen Chia. Ewen is an award winning affiliate marketer and is worth listening to. Another chosen book is called ‘Work the System” by Sam Carpenter.  It’s a wonderful book about the simple mechanics of making more and working less.  Sam tells a true story about his life and how he created systems to save his own life and his failing business.

To stay focused through this amazing quest I will be using a system called ‘The Overwhelm Cure’ by Marlon Sanders. Marlon is an amazing genius in the Internet world.  The title alone is worth looking into.

And finally,  I am doing a 21 day herbal cleanse.  Cleanses are great because not only do you have to do beliefs cleansing you need to do toxin cleaning.  Remember you have take your body everywhere you go on your “Million Dollar Miles”.

Hello World Wide Web users: I always like to write my post after a GREAT breakfast.  I will talk about the value of nutrition in a later blog.  I really odd thing happened about 2o minutes ago a finished this blog and did ALL of the right things and BOOM! It disappeared. No where to be found. GONE onto cyberspace! I have chosen the Internet and computers as my life’s quest so I should get used to these issues. I felt I lost my writing flow. WOW what a morning……good evening everyone.  As promised I am returning to my evening blog.  I work at a full time job and I am doing this before, during and after my shift.  I work at an evening job so I am creating my millionaire self even during my job. I have millionaire thoughts, a millionaire attitude, a millionaire theme and I plan to write a millionaire song. What task, project or endeavor you do, ask yourself: What outcome do I want? What is the purpose of this? What do I want to achieve here? Then look for the SIMPLIST solution. Try that! If that doesn’t work do to the next SIMPLIST solution.  Make a simple list.  Then go down the list.  Maybe, the first one might be the one, or the second, or the third…… Some one said: ” Go simple young man, go simple!”.  Actually, I said that. This is my blog so I can say what I want!

All products and services do the same thing. They solve problems and give solutions. Yes, all products and services.  Yes, you may ask, how does teaching a child to skate solve a problem or give a solution.  Well, it relieves the child of boredom and teaches them something fun.

No, we do not buy cars, computers, shoes, camera, homes etc. WE buy solutions to problems.  The one thing I love about blogging is that it is a living and breathing entity, like me. I can change, revise and reformat my ideas and concepts.

Sure I am on the path to make over one million dollars in ONE year, but my thoughts have changed. I WILL give one million dollars of value in solving problems and offering solutions in many formats. Hello Many Readers: All is well.  My topic today is the MOMEMENT.  Like ‘living in the moment’. Today there are too many cliches out there and as a contrarian I like to avoid them but they can be examined for value.  The moment contains all you need because is has a collective education and experiences that is ALLWAYS required to achieve everything you want.  I like to think of the moment is in sports: the final game, the last inning, the final quarter and the final minutes or seconds in the great championship game.  Does any other game have any value at that moment? Does any failure or success have any power in the moment? NO and NO. Same as in your life. Your ‘moment’  is the power source.  The power to win that last game or loose it.  When you see that moment to attract the ‘win’ cease it.  Nothing in the past or present has any value.

Acne

Definition and Description: Acne is an inflammatory disease involving the hair follicles and sebaceous glands of the skin characterized by papules or pustules also known as comedones or simply plugs . This common skin condition (especially in young adults) is marked by the eruption of pimples, sometimes painful, on the surface of the skin. This inflammatory condition also affects the arms, back and chest.

Acne is characterized by black heads, pimple outbreaks, cysts, infected abscesses, and sometimes scarring. The places in your body most susceptible to acne are locations with the most oil glands such as the face and forehead.

Bacterial
Propionibacterium acnes is the normal bacteria that resides on the surface of the skin.  It functions to protect your skin from harmful foreign bacteria. When these bacteria grow inside the oil trapped in a hair follicle the result is the transformation of the oil by the bacteria’s chemical processes. This alteration causes irritation and inflammation on the surface of the skin. This inflammation is the body’s way of trying to eliminate the irritating compounds produced by the bacteria.

Hormonal
Androgens are the hormones that are primarily responsible for the stimulation and secretion of sebum or oil underneath the surface of the skin. During puberty there is a significant increase of androgens which can cause blockages. Hormonal changes affect the oil glands underneath the surface of the skin causing an increased out-put of oils. If the pores become blocked from the collection of skin cells inside a pore then this oil becomes trapped causing all the symptoms of acne. Many companies are now saying that diet has nothing to do with acne and that you can still eat whatever you want and just buy their skin care product or hormone drug. Vitamins and Mineralization

There are many vitamins and minerals such as vitamin A, vitamin B complex, vitamin E, zinc, magnesium, selenium and chromium that are vital for your skin health.  Here are some tips on the use of vitamins:

When taking vitamin A be sure to combine it with vitamin B2.

I WILL BE EARNING IN EXCESS OF ONE MILLION DOLLARS IN INCOME FROM THE INTERNET BY DECEMBER 1ST 2012. That’s right one million dollars pre-tax.  Part two of this AMAZING intention is that YOU get to follow me everyday on this journey. You will learn what it takes to earn one million dollars with me.  Remember I WANT YOU to be my first billionaire before me.  Before you become a billionaire you must become a millionaire first. I will create titled posts on a month to month basis for 12 months.  For example, my first post will read: Month One of a Millionaire Creator. Followed by Month Two and so on.

I will only report information that that is responsible to my millionaire creation.  I will report DAILY on my activities towards my goal.

I will be going to sleep tonight and to wake up and realize that I have declared to the world my intention.  The  Internet world, WOW.

This is MAJOR because not only am I declaring it to myself I am declaring it to the Internet world.

Who you are. Who you are really!

Just the other day I was at a very small gathering  of like minded people with  different occupations.  During the event I curiously asked what they did for a living. One person said, ” I am a dentist, another said, ” I am a dog groomer”,  and another said, ” I am an artist”, ” I am a garbage man, ” I am a customer service clerk”.  It was very strange because we were at a self development event and at the end of the day I felt everyone was LYING.  LYING you say?  Why would I say EVERYONE was not telling the truth about what they did. EVERYONE? YES!

In truth the dentist should of said:  ” I relieve everyone of pain and suffering so they can have a normal life to show off a beautiful smile so they can make someone’s day better!”

In truth the dog groomer should of said: ” I create a master dog, a show dog , a dog that smells like lavender, a dog  that radiates love and beauty that only a dog can do!”

In truth the artist should of said: ” I dress naked walls with true intrinsic value, truth in oils, and pastels,  and  I only show beauty as only nature can provide!”

In truth the garbage man should have said:  ” I remove items that only belong in one place,  a place where nature had wished for it and made the world a great place!”

In truth the customer service clerk should have said: ” I service the needs of my community, helping people to match their needs, desires and wants with what I have to sell!”

As you can see EVERYONE LIED about what they did at that gathering. Now the next time you ask someone what they do for a living think about this POST.
